GLENN ZAGON (OWNER/ARCHITECT)
Glenn has designed and managed more than 100 million dollars of construction projects as both architect and general contractor. As an architect and landscape architect, he brings a unique design perspective to the design and construction process. His accomplishments include the design and construction of both commercial and residential projects. His training at Chicago’s finest architecture and construction firms makes him well qualified to oversee every aspect of the design/build process. Glenn’s experience in overseeing construction related issues with architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, owners, banks and governmental agencies has enabled him to develop a strong working relationship with all parties in the construction process.
In April 2004, the Chicago Association of Subcontractors and Affiliates recognized Glenn’s abilities by awarding him the ASA’s highest honor for a construction manager, “Project Manager of the Year, 2003-2004.” Glenn has a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a licensed architect and landscape architect in the State of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Glenn enjoys spending time with his daughter, is involved in the LUNGevity Foundation and plays a mean guitar.
CHUCK TREFZ (CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT)
Chuck has worked in the construction industry ever since graduating from the University of Illinois at Champaign in 1977 with an honors degree in civil engineering. He received his MBA from DePaul University in 1982. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential building and remodeling. Chuck enjoys hiking and biking and is very involved in raising awareness for multiple sclerosis.
KEITH STOLARIK (CARPENTER FOREMAN)
Raised in Gurnee, Keith started out in the lumber business and transitioned to homebuilding and remodeling on the North Shore for the next 15 years as both craftsman and project manager. After owning his own remodeling business for the past few years, he joined Crimson in early 2014. Keith loves camping and fishing and is involved with Autism Speaks and the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
