One Year Workmanship and Materials Warranty


Our labor and the materials we install are warranted for one year from completion. If something needs attention in that first year, you call us and we come back.

Cabinets, appliances, fixtures and similar products carry their manufacturer warranty, and we pass that coverage directly to you.

Once your design is finalized, your lump sum price is locked in. Barring a major structural unknown found behind a wall or below grade, that is the number we work to.

How a Crimson Project Works

Nobody enjoys walking into a process they do not understand. Here is exactly how a Crimson project runs, from the first phone call through to the day we hand the house back to you.

Conversation and Home Visit

We start with a phone call so we can hear what you are trying to accomplish. If it sounds like a fit, Glenn comes to your home, walks the space with you and tells you honestly whether the project is right for us. Please have a copy of your survey available so we can check the building setbacks and lot lines.

Design Agreement

The design agreement opens the door for real design work to begin. You get a 3D model you can move around and walk through, sometimes 360 degree panoramic views, and two or three floor plan options to react to. At the end of this phase you have a budget range for the work.

Design Development

Once you have chosen a direction, we get concrete. This phase covers the architecture and the project development: cabinets, appliances, tile, fixtures and finishes, priced as we go. Permits, structural engineering and municipal approvals are handled by us. At the end of it, your lump sum price is locked in.

Construction

Your project manager keeps the schedule moving and stays in direct contact with you. Your designer visits the site regularly to make sure what gets built matches what you chose. Our own carpenters handle the finish work. We close out with a final inspection and a punch list, and if you spot something after you move back in, we come back and make it right.
