Our Green Construction Process

There are a variety of benefits to going green when adding a home addition or remodeling a room. Regardless of your choice of products, however, you will receive the same level of care and attention to detail. Our design process was developed to cover your needs thoroughly and to ensure you stay in the loop throughout the entire project.

1. Design Phase-For the initial consultation, we come to your home or business and work with you to identify your vision for the space you are looking to remodel. We will go over a preliminary budget, the schedule, and determine if the project is feasible.
2. Presentation of Preliminary Design-During this step, we will present the design with 3D renderings within 7-10 days. The budget is also presented, and you will make your green materials selection.
3. Pre-construction-At this step we go over the final design and budget for approval. Once everything is signed, your green construction materials are ordered, and a schedule is set.
4. Construction-The onsite construction manager oversees every aspect of your project and will regularly update you on the progress. You can also see your project’s progress through our online project management system.
