Phase 1

Initial Meeting
A consultation in your home to learn about your lifestyle, understand your needs, and document your project area with measurements and photographs.

Design Development
Our design team works with you to create a Project Layout, Architectural Renderings, and Initial Material Selections.

Project Approval
Review detailed Design & Specifications and create a Construction Agreement.

Phase 2

Construction Drawings & Selections
Transform the Design & Specifications into complete Construction/Permit Drawings. Field visit to refine construction details and methods.

Final Plan Review & Permitting
Meeting to finalize and confirm project details and selections. We then handle securing any required permits.

Scheduling & Purchasing
Ensuring that your project materials are accurate, ordered correctly, and timed to meet the construction schedule.

Phase 3

Construction
Supervised and Professionally Managed to ensure consistent high quality, less interruption to your home life, and a smooth progression.

Walk Through
Before we put our stamp of approval on your project, we'll make sure you're completely satisfied, too.

Warranty & Service
We take pride in our work and want to ensure your continued satisfaction. Accordingly, we offer a limited Five Year Warranty for all of our clients (ask for details).
