River Road, Naperville, Exterior Renovation

Winner of a 2008 NARI Remodeling Excellence Award! This project won an honorable mention in the Residential Exterior < $100,000 category.  We upgraded the exterior of the house with new cement-based siding and cultured stone for low maintenance.  The windows also were replaced with new Marvin double-hungs with low-e glass for energy efficiency.  The front door was replaced with a new fir door from Simpson.

 

Fireplace Facelift – East 14th Avenue, Naperville

As part of other renovations in their home, our client asked us to update their old fireplace.  The new fireplace is custom-made from cherry, slate and soapstone.  The upper panels were designed to perfectly frame their photo.  Quite a difference!
