Edward Road, Naperville – Garage/Master Suite/Family Room/Full Basement Addition

We removed the entire garage end of the house and replaced it with a new great room space and a three-car garage. There is even a full height basement UNDER the garage! A great space for the owner’s workshop. The upstairs is a full master suite – complete with walk-in closet and it’s own sitting room. The exterior was completely renovated as well with new roofing, siding and landscaping.

Idlewood Drive, Bolingbrook – Kitchen/Bedroom/Garage Addition

Here we added an extra fourteen feet across the entire width of the house. The extra space was used for an expanded kitchen/dinette, a new laundry room, as well as a much larger master bedroom. The garage was also expanded from a two car to a four car garage. A full basement was added under the new space. A new driveway and landscaping capped off this project

Hobson Mill Drive, Naperville, Study

This client wanted a space that was suitable for his work from home lifestyle. We found the room we needed over the existing garage and added about 800 square feet to the second floor. The new space is primarily an office, but also contains a laundry room, elevator, and a second floor patio/deck. We also expanded the size of the garage from a two-car to a four-car garage with more storage space at the back. The new office is richly appointed with built-in walnut bookcases and an over-sized desk as well as a spectacular fireplace.

Our client wanted to increase the size of their home to be able to accommodate their large extended family for entertaining and overnight stays. We expanded the dining room to be able to seat twelve adults comfortably. We also created a master suite for the owners with a large master bathroom and shower. The entire house was updated with new trim, flooring, paint, and light fixtures. We also added an office space in place of an unused screen porch off the back of the home. The entire front elevation of the home was changed to add a lot of curb appeal.
